This book is about three girls (my cousins Jenny,
Eleanor and Caroline) visiting our Granny and Granda
at their house 'Willow Cottage' in Lochalsh Road,
Inverness. It's a charming little story
with sixteen watercolour illustrations (by yours
truly) taking you through a happy day of play and love. By the way, the
lucky stone referred to in the poem is actually on the cottage next door,
preserved as an island in the now harled wall, so that passers-by can touch it
for luck as they go to work. Each page has a
verse in English, Scots and Gaelic. ISBN Number
978-0-9556206-0-7 Arbour House Publishing.
